I was once asked, "When do you know you are an artist?" I pondered this question for a long time, then one day, it came to me - I was born with this wonderful gift.

Growing up in the piney woods of South Alabama, I fell in love with nature, her paths that went nowhere, the creeks and streams with rocks covered in green moss of which I was sure the fairies and elves were close by at all times.

I am mostly self taught. Started out learning the basics of art technique in different mediums - the camera being my favorite. Then, along came Photoshop, artist Maggie Taylor, and surrealism - I had found my place. Now, I am able to put my imagination to work.
